— the association's website (opens in a new tab)Paris has more nonstop flights from the US than any city in continental Europe, and it is one of the few where the choice is not just which airline but which kind of airline: a flag carrier with nineteen US gateways, four American carriers, and an airline that sells nothing but business class. That competition is why business class flights to Paris are often cheaper than to Rome or Madrid, and why the price on the same date can differ by two thousand dollars depending on who you ask. Select Business Class is a travel agency that books published and unpublished business class fares on every airline flying between the US and Paris, for less than you'll find on the airline's site. Here is how to fly business class to Paris for the best price.
| From | Airlines | Flight time | Round trip |
|---|---|---|---|
| New York (JFK) | Nonstop: Air France (JFK, EWR), Delta, American Airlines, JetBlue, United (from EWR), La Compagnie (from EWR, to ORY) | about 7h 35m | from $1,668* |
| Los Angeles (LAX) | Nonstop: Air France, Delta, Air Tahiti Nui | about 10h 50m | from $2,215* |
| Chicago (ORD) | Nonstop: Air France, American Airlines (summer), United | about 8h 10m | from $1,868* |
| Miami (MIA) | Nonstop: Air France | about 9h | from $1,851* |
| Denver (DEN) | Nonstop: Air France (summer) | about 9h 25m | from $1,949* |

Air France is the one most people mean when they search for business class to Paris, and for good reason: it flies nonstop to Charles de Gaulle from seventeen US airports year-round, New York JFK, Newark, Boston, Washington, Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Raleigh-Durham, Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle, plus Denver and Minneapolis in season. Its business class cabins on the 777 and A350 have direct aisle access for every seat, the newest with a sliding door, and the premium dining, French food and wine taken more seriously than on any US carrier, is part of why it's the most searched name on this route. When people ask us for Air France business class, it is usually the right answer, and when it isn't, we say so.
Delta One, Delta Air Lines' long-haul business class, flies to Paris from New York, Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles and Seattle. The two are partners, so one ticket often carries both flight numbers, and we price both. United Polaris, United Airlines' equivalent, flies from Newark, Washington, Chicago and San Francisco. American Flagship Business flies from New York, Dallas and Philadelphia, with Charlotte and Chicago in summer. JetBlue Mint flies from New York and Boston, and it is often the lowest fare from either city. All of them are lie-flat.
La Compagnie is the one that surprises people. It is a French carrier that flies only business class, a 76-seat aircraft with nothing but flat beds, from Newark to Paris Orly, the only all business class flights to Paris from the US. Because it has no economy section to subsidize, its fares are set to fill the plane, and it is regularly the cheapest way to fly business class to Paris from New York, sometimes by a wide margin. If you've searched for a business class only airline to Paris, this is it, and we book it alongside everyone else.
One carrier to know about and rule out: French Bee flies to Orly from Newark, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles, but it has no business class, only a premium economy seat that reclines. It's a good economy option. It is not what this page is about.
Almost every nonstop lands at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), 25 km northeast of the city, about 45 minutes by taxi or 35 by the RER B train. Everyone except La Compagnie and French Bee uses it. The Terminal 2E lounges are among the best in Europe, with every amenity you'd want after a long-haul flight: showers, a proper restaurant and quiet rooms.
Orly Airport is the smaller one south of the city, 14 km from the center and closer to the Left Bank, Montparnasse and anything south. La Compagnie and French Bee are the only US flights into Orly. For a trip that ends in the 5th, 6th, 7th, 13th or 14th arrondissement, or continues by train from Montparnasse or Austerlitz, landing at Orly saves real time.
New York to Paris is the busiest business class route between the US and continental Europe: four carriers from JFK and three from Newark, including La Compagnie, with Air France at both. That's six airlines and more than a dozen international flights a day, and it is where business class deals to Paris and last-minute flight deals are found most often, because someone always has seats to fill.
LAX to Paris business class is an eleven-hour flight with the French carrier and Delta nonstop, and Air Tahiti Nui also flies it, as the Los Angeles to Paris leg of its Papeete–Paris service, usually at a lower business class airfare to Paris than either. SFO to Paris has the French carrier and United. Chicago to Paris has the same pair year-round, American in summer. Miami to Paris and Orlando to Paris are nonstops year-round.
Boston, Washington, Atlanta, Detroit, Dallas, Houston, Seattle, Phoenix, Raleigh, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Cincinnati and Philadelphia all have at least one nonstop business class flight to Paris. From anywhere else we connect you through the nearest gateway on one ticket, or through Amsterdam, London or Frankfurt if that prices lower.
Every business class ticket to Paris includes lounge access, priority boarding, two checked bags and a flat bed on the overnight flight. The flight is short, seven to eight hours from the East Coast, so the real value is sleep: you land at Charles de Gaulle or Orly mid-morning and can use the day, which is why business and leisure travelers who try it once rarely go back to economy on long-haul flights. A discounted ticket booked through us gets the same seat and the same premium travel experience as one bought at full price.
Looking for cheap business class flights to Paris? Cheap business class to Paris is easier to find than to most European cities, and the best deals on business class come from how many carriers compete, with La Compagnie keeping everyone else honest on the New York route. Four things decide the fare.
Late May through September and the Christmas and New Year weeks are peak. Fashion Weeks, late February or early March and late September or early October, push fares up from New York and Los Angeles specifically. The best months for the cheapest fares are November, January and February, holidays aside, often 30 to 40 percent lower on the same airline and route, and Paris in winter is a better city for museums, restaurants and short lines than Paris in July.
With this many nonstops, connecting rarely saves money from the East Coast. From the West Coast, the Mountain states and the South, a one-stop through Amsterdam on KLM, London on British Airways or Frankfurt on Lufthansa can come in well under the nonstop, and it sometimes gets you a newer seat. We quote both.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday departures price lower than Friday and Sunday, and many discounted business class tickets require a Saturday night stay, which most Paris trips include. Flexing your travel dates by a day or two often saves more than any other single change.
The French flag carrier, its partner Delta and the other airlines on this route all sell part of their business class cabins through contract fares that never appear on their own websites or on flight search engines. Those unpublished fares are what we book, and they're how our clients save up to 70%* on published fares. Fare rules on these tickets can differ from the airline's own, mostly around changes and refunds, and your agent walks you through them before booking.
Paris is often the first stop, not the only one. An open-jaw ticket flies you into Paris and home from Nice, Lyon, London, Rome or Amsterdam on one booking, usually for about the same fare as a round trip, and it saves you the day it takes to come back. We build an itinerary like this every week, with destinations in France and Europe in any order you like. For the rest of the country, see our page on business class flights to France.
Paris is one of the very few European destinations where you can fly a true first class cabin nonstop from the US. La Première is a four-seat cabin on some of the French carrier's 777s, with a private suite, a dedicated terminal experience at CDG and a car to the aircraft. It is offered on a handful of US routes, New York and Los Angeles among them, and it is expensive, but for an anniversary or a once-in-a-decade trip it is the best way to arrive in Paris there is. If you've searched for LAX to Paris first class or how much a first class ticket to Paris costs, send us the dates and we'll quote business class and first class on the same flight. No other airline flies first class nonstop to Paris, so the alternative is British Airways first via London with a short connection.
Send your route and dates through the form on this page, or call +1 (888) 424-4968. A dedicated agent calls back, usually within the hour, with two or three options, La Compagnie next to the nonstops if you're flying from New York. Pick one, complete the secure booking form, and your confirmation arrives the same hour. The same agent looks after changes and seat selection before and after the trip, 24/7 by phone.

The gallery runs 73 metres, with 357 mirrors on the 17 arches facing the windows and 30 ceiling paintings by Le Brun of the first 18 years of Louis XIV's reign. The Treaty of Versailles was signed here on 28 June 1919, ending the First World War.

FAQ
Can't find your answer? An agent picks up around the clock.
Air France from nineteen US airports, Delta from nine, United from four, American from five, JetBlue from New York and Boston, La Compagnie from Newark, and Air Tahiti Nui from Los Angeles. All land at Charles de Gaulle except La Compagnie, which uses Orly.
A French carrier that flies only business class between Newark and Paris Orly. Every seat is a flat bed, there is no economy, and because of that its fares are often the lowest between New York and Paris. We book it like any other airline.
The seats are comparable, all lie-flat on the newer aircraft. The French carrier wins on food, wine and its clubs at CDG. The US carriers win on their home airports and on schedule from their hubs. Since the two partners share flights, the practical answer is usually whichever has the best business class fare on your dates, and we'll tell you which aircraft you're getting.
CDG has almost all the nonstops and the best clubs. Orly is smaller, closer to the center, and quicker to get through. If La Compagnie has the fare you want, Orly is a bonus rather than a compromise.
About 7 to 8 hours from the East Coast, 8 from Chicago, 9 from Dallas or Houston, 10 from Seattle, 11 from Los Angeles or San Francisco. Most departures are overnight and land mid-morning.
November through February, outside the Christmas weeks and Fashion Week. Summer is the most expensive.
Yes, nonstop, on La Première from a few US cities including New York and Los Angeles. It has only four seats and it sells out, so ask early. We quote both classes on the same flight so you can see what the difference buys.
Once the form with your preferred city pairs and travel dates is submitted, an agent will reach out to gather additional preferences and present the best available options. To secure a flight, simply complete the booking form sent via email.
Absolutely! An agent can personalize your flight to match your preferences, including airlines, schedules, and routes. They can also assist with changes that are often difficult to handle alone, as well as help with seat selection, meal choices, and other special requests.
Absolutely. That’s exactly what sets us apart. We have access to exclusive fares that aren’t available online, thanks to our special contracts with airlines. This allows us to offer highly competitive prices and unique deals you won’t find anywhere else.
Your dedicated agent and our 24/7 customer-care service will assist you with all the questions that you might have after booking a ticket.
On average, tickets are issued and sent to the client’s email within approximately one hour from the moment of the booking. Throughout the process, we provide regular updates to keep you informed and ensure peace of mind.
Most business and first-class tickets offer a high level of flexibility. However, before completing the booking, your agent will inform you of any exchange, refund, or other applicable restrictions, if there are any.
