Is the chauffeur included in Etihad Business Class?

On Business Comfort and Deluxe fares, Etihad UAE Chauffeur is included between Zayed International Airport and any address in the UAE, booked at least 12 hours ahead. Outside the UAE, Etihad Global Chauffeur comes only with Business Deluxe bookings made from 26 February 2026, at select airports. Business Value includes neither.

What is included in Etihad Business Class?

Every Etihad Business fare to and from the US comes with a two-bag allowance at 32 kg per bag, priority access and fast track. Comfort and Deluxe add the lounge, a free seat choice and the UAE chauffeur; Deluxe adds unlimited Wi-Fi, as does Comfort outside Promo fares. On Value the lounge, the seat and Wi-Fi are paid and there is no chauffeur.

Which US cities fly Etihad nonstop to Abu Dhabi?

Six in Etihad's schedule for November 2026: New York JFK, Chicago O'Hare, Washington Dulles, Boston, Atlanta and Charlotte, the last four days a week. The A350 flies from New York and Atlanta, and the Boeing 787 from Boston, Chicago, Washington and Charlotte.

How much is Etihad Business Class to Abu Dhabi?

Our round-trip Etihad Business fare from New York to Abu Dhabi starts at $2,608*, per person, taxes included. Your dates and the fare, Business Value, Comfort or Deluxe, set the total; on Etihad's standard fares only Deluxe changes and cancels free of charge, and Promo fares carry their own rules.

Will I earn Etihad Guest Miles in Business Class?

Yes. Etihad credits Etihad Guest Miles and Tier Miles: its standard Business fares earn at 100% on Value, 150% on Comfort and 250% on Deluxe, and on Promo fares Etihad lists Tier Miles at 25% on Comfort, 50% on Deluxe and none on Value. Quote your Etihad Guest number in the booking or at the airport check-in counter to have the miles credited automatically.

Can I clear US immigration in Abu Dhabi on Etihad?

On flights to the US, yes. Etihad says the US Customs and Border Protection Preclearance facility at Zayed International serves all of its flights to the US, and passengers clear US immigration and customs there before boarding. CBP lists Abu Dhabi among its Preclearance locations; its page and Etihad's set out who may use it.

Does Etihad fly First or The Residence from the US?

Not on the A350, which Etihad flies from New York and Atlanta: it carries Business and Economy only, and Charlotte opened with those two cabins. The First Apartment and The Residence fly on Etihad's A380, and its A380 page lists London, Tokyo, Toronto, Paris and Singapore. The 787 page shows a First Suite without naming the flights that carry it.
